GAS - Gorsley After School Club

 

Gorsley After School Club is available daily Monday to Friday from 3:15 to 5:30 pm and is chargeable through our ParentPay System. 

 

Pricing is as follows:

 

• £3.75 from 3:15 to 4:15 pm – this includes a snack
• £1.10 for every 15 minute block after 4:15 up until 5:30 pm which allows parents flexibility with collection times. A snack is not included when arriving after 4:15, however we encourage parents to provide a snack for their child if they are attending from this time (following a teacher led club).

 

We operate a pre-bookable system with payment and booking via ParentPay.  

 

We still continue to offer the flexibility of ad hoc daily bookings for emergency care. 

 

Bookings for that day need to be made by 10:00am, this enables us to cater for the correct number of children and ensures the correct ratio of staff for supervision of children.   

 

The After School Club telephone number for emergency care if parents cannot pick up by 5.30 pm is 01989 720587.   This number is monitored from 5:00 pm.

 

After School Club is run by Mrs Taylor and Mrs Stevenson
