Foil Boat Challenge
As part of our topic on the Titanic, we learnt about displacement and buoyancy. We used this knowledge to create a tin foil boat that could hold the most number of coins. We learnt that the wider and deeper the hull, the more water is displaced and the more coins our tin boat can hold. It was great fun.
