As part of our Geography work, we have been finding out about China and its culture.  We made Chinese lucky money pockets which are given to children to help celebrate Chinese New Year.  We filled them with yuan and found out the exchange rate with pound sterling.  Today 1 ¥ is worth 10p.  The Chinese writing says “Good Fortune”.
