In Science, we reviewed our learning about electricity and circuits from Year 4, then used this knowledge to plan and carry out investigations into what would affect the brightness of a bulb. We made sensible predictions, ensured our tests were fair and then made careful observations as we carried out the investigation. Finally, we used our knowledge to design and make items that need a circuit to work. Some of us made steady hand games and others made simple burglar alarms using circuits that had a buzzer in them.
