As part of our Geography topic about volcanoes, we learnt about the earth's structure. We created a 3D model to show that the Earth is made up of layers. We selected from a variety of strategies to make our globe shape and most of us chose to use papier-mâché. We then painted the surface of the Earth and then took out a section of the globe to insert colours depicting the layers of the Earth inside.
