Key Stage One – Author Visit
The children in Key Stage One were treated to a visit from Lisanne Davidson, the wonderful author of a new picture book called ‘Nip, Tot and Spry on Grandpa Patrick’s Farm’. Unfortunately, Victoria Taylor, her very talented illustrator was unable to make it on the day.
The children thoroughly enjoyed their session with Lisanne. They loved sharing the story together and looking for different items in the beautiful illustrations.
The children finished the session with coming up with their own characters for their own stories. As Lisanne said, everyone has a story inside them. The children were very creative with their ideas and happily shared them with their peers.
