School Sleepover for Uganda
68 children stayed at school for a sleepover to raise money for our linked school in Uganda called St. Michael’s Girls School.
There were 4 classrooms used as dormitories: years 5 and 6 for the boys and year 3 and 4 for the girls. There was also a movie in the hall with popcorn and hot chocolate, and in year 2 was the games room with taband darts. In the morning we all woke up to an amazingly scrumptious breakfast of bacon sandwiches while some of the games carried on.
Thank you to all the staff who gave up a night’s sleep and the parents who helped us to raise over £550!
