Welcome to Lynders!
In the first week of term, we started our drumming lessons with Miss Sherwood from the Herefordshire Music Service. We thoroughly enjoyed our introduction to the different drums and instruments and are looking forward to learning how to play them in the coming weeks.

Jack, Jill and The Beanstalk
At the end of the Spring Term, we performed brilliantly in our production of 'Jack, Jill and The Beanstalk'. We looked fantastic in our animal costumes, sang brilliantly as part of the choir, played instruments and devised our own animal dance.
We thoroughly enjoyed raising money for Sports Relief by dressing up as our favourite sports personality and taking part in a table-tennis competition. We also 'bounced ourselves proud' on the school field.
In the morning, we spent time exploring a range of interactive displays involving light, sound, forces and animation.
After lunch, we took part in a forces and magnets workshop, finding out why some pennies are magnetic and others aren’t, and how we can make cars travel uphill without touching them. We also enjoyed an animation workshop, working together in groups to create our own short animations.
